The 9th General Meeting of Members was successfully held on June 11, 2019. The executive supervisors board has reported the work and financial condition over past two years in the meeting. After the voting procedures, 32 members has been selected to be the member of the 9th executive supervisors board. The Association is now calling for the first joint meeting on July 10, 2019 so as to clearly delineate the responsibilities of each post, and identify the best development direction.
Mr. Elwin Ho, the new member from the 9th executive supervisors board, was invited to share his business story. He said that it will be extremely difficult to kick start and maintain your business if you dont have a strong will and commitment. Business life is never going to be smooth sailing. Citing himself as an example, he encouraged the Macao youth that they could see the road ahead if they worked hard. One day their dreams will come true.
Afther the General Meeting, members were greeted with some refreshments followed by a sumptuous dinner. Cuisine, wine, attractive performances, and a lot of surprises were specially prepared tomark this important and joyous occasion.
Mr. Stanley Au Chong-kit said in his speech that he must thank all the members for their support and cooperation over the past twenty years. As the son of Macao, he wanted to spread his patriotic sentiments to the members so as to encourage the industry to tide over the difficulty and make immense contribution to our country.
