With generous sponsorship from Wynn, MGM, Melco, Galaxy and selfless support from different sectors, our preparatory work has been as high as it could possibly be and that the quality of work done has been as expected.  On the grand occasion, the Officiating Guests of the Opening Ceremony included Wang Xin Dong, Secretary of the Liaison Office of the Central People’s Government in the Macao Special Administrative Region, Ran Bo, Director-General of the Department of Policy Research, Office of the Commissioner of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People’s Republic of China in the Macao Special Administrative Region, Dr Chantal Line Carpentier, Chief, UNCTAD, New York, Ambassador Oh Joon (Former representative of Korea to the United Nations), Ambassador Martin Garcia Moritán (Representative of Argentina to the United Nations), as well as representatives from Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), International Monetary Fund (IMF), World Bank and International Labour Organisation (ILO), China, Macau, ASEAN, Korea, Argentina, Egypt, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and more.

The three-day forum hosted the “Macao Says YES! Youth Entrepreneurial Training Program” and 11 thematic seminars successively, which received a total of nearly 500 guests from all over the world. We have successfully embarked a pioneering effect in promoting the Humane Entrepreneurship and Entrepreneurial Ecosystem through expert knowledge-sharing, keynote addresses, business conferences.

After all, thanks to the active participation and extensive coverage of local, national, Hong Kong, and overseas media, the forum messages: support the development of local SMEs, promote the Greater Bay Area Initiative, and celebrate the 20th anniversary of the establishment of the Macao Special Administrative Region were well disseminated across regions. We hope that this goodwill will be encouraged to continue in our commendable contribution to Macau.
