April 2016 9-15, Macau SME Association Study Mission to Japan

“A Study Mission to Japan” organized by Macau SMEs association arrived in Tokyo in April 9, which consists of more than 20 members, and would stay a whole week in Japan for visiting. This event aim at enhancing the communication between Macau & Japan SMEs associations. By visiting the Japanese companies, we can learn from their experience on how to keep survive during the economic hard time.

Another Five-year Economic planning to explore business opportunity Seminar was held on April 6, 2016, our Chairman Mr. Stanley Au said that when the economy boomed and labor shortage was an outstanding problem which make small and medium sized enterprises fell into the predicament; the current economic is slow and go in recession, small and medium-sized enterprises are still unable to recruit appropriate talents and complain incessantly. The government should face the problem otherwise the social phenomenon will further deteriorate.


2015 White Paper For SME Enterprises in Macao

自2012年起,本會首年度出版《澳門中小微企白皮書》,迄今已有四載了。當時我們在白皮書中已指出,由於澳門特區政府政策的傾斜,造成博彩業一元獨大,致令中小企業普遍受到排擠,經營陷入困境,社會生態系統受到扭曲,部份年青人不思進取,也缺乏向上流動的積極性。
眾所週知,博彩業是“虛擬經濟”,我們不應該被“虛擬經濟”在井噴式的增長下所帶來的經濟泡沫而沾沾自喜。環顧世界主要的經濟體系,它們的經濟支柱均是依賴“實體經濟”,例如製造業和服務業所支撐。一般發達國家的中小企業通常佔國民生產總值30%-50%不等,而澳門中小企業對GDP的貢獻只是約20%-25%,比例絕對不合理。
“虛擬經濟”和“實體經濟”是不能互融,合二為一的。所以,我們打算在《2016澳門中小微企白皮書》中,嘗試探討“從治理國家的概念來管治澳門”。我們認為,最近澳門經濟出現逆轉,正是當局重新檢討澳門經濟發展策略的大好時機,冀望特區政府把握機會,把澳門打造成為習主席最近不斷呼籲的建造宜人居住的國際優質城市,並實現產業多元化發展的目標。
